Business Consulting: Whether it’s starting your own business, trying to grow, revamp, or developing a program, it never hurts to utilize a professional. We work with businesses to recruit, hire, and train neurodivergent individuals and other neurodevelopmental disorders. We also strive to work with local businesses and organizations that strive to create more neurodiversity in their workplace. Neurodiversity consulting is offered to a variety of professionals in all fields. If you have questions, please reach out. Teleconsulting is offered as well! Fees: $175 per hour in person in NW Arkansas for onsite business consulting. Video sessions are also offered. If you wish to have onsite consulting outside of NW Arkansas, please contact us for travel rates. Colleague consults are $85 per 50 minutes through any modality.

Professional Counseling: There is no shortage of great therapists in NW Arkansas. We strive to provide excellent therapy for ages 6 and up and for all needs. Depression and Sadness, Autism, Autistic Shutdown/Burnout, ADHD, LGBTQIA, Anxiety and Stress, Pathological Demand Avoidance, Attachment, Substance use and Addictions, Trauma, Religious Trauma, Sensory processing, Abuse and neglect, Self-esteem issues, Domestic Violence, Dependency/ Co-dependency, Postpartum Depression, Personality Disorders, Grief, Assertiveness training, Mood disorders, Family issues, Eating disorders, and Anger management. We also specialize in Neurodiversity and Sensory Processing Disorders. We offer Child-Centered Play Therapy and Lego Therapy for children and adolescents depending on their needs, age, and developmental level. All of our LPCs are trained in EMDR, which has been known to be a great modality to treat trauma. Telehealth sessions are offered! Fees: Ambetter and BCBS are accepted by our LPCs. Private pay is also accepted at $125 per session.

Trainer, Speaker, and Author: I have presented on various topics on Neurodiversity, imposter syndrome, and substance abuse. My book on Autistic Shutdown was released on November 5th, 2023. 

I love to educate others! I can provide seminars and training on a variety of topics and needs to churches, businesses, organizations, and other professionals. Various topics that could be covered include Neurodivergent populations, Trauma, Substance use, Play Therapy, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and more. Fees: $350 per hour for groups. Preparation costs are already included. I occasionally offer my own training at various costs to individuals, dependent on the hours provided. Fees can vary from $45-100 per person. If travel is required, we require that all travel costs be covered. Travel engagements require at least a 2-hour minimum of speaking time to book. I occasionally offer training alongside other organizations. I am also working towards providing asynchronous courses in the future.
